The Great United States


In this time frame the United States conquered multiple trials and tribulations.  The Watergate scandal caused the American people to distrust the government and began to question their motives.   The Civil Rights  Movement tore the United States into the North and the South.  The two sides had complete opposing views.  Women's rights was being debated during this time period.  Women were never allowed the same rights as men.  As soon as it was being debated,  people were astonished that women could accomplish many great things.  The United States fought through many setbacks to become the country they are today.
